Denial: Think it over

"Would you really, honestly blame someone who's been forced to live in self-denial all his life, if he proceeds to start living in denial?"

I'd rather confirm than assume something else... explain self-denial. At least in the sense you meant it.

I'd rather have you assume than answer, for my question wasnt just one question...it's a set of words that aplied to so many different meanings that it was a few questions really, and I also fear if I say something by means of explanation, I'd have said too much.
Self-denial is..well..whatever you like to understand it as.

start living in self-denial? hmm..i dont really know,but i guess..its a weird world..you may breed best even in the ugliest place.

wonder what worse could lead anyone to 'self-denial'? it quite hurts, actually..

It hurts, but really is it that unfamiliar. Self-denial is encountered in mim forms by so many people. Suppress natural instincts because of rules and civilization, suppress violence, greed and lust, compromise and adjust, deny basic needs because of poverty and so on. We all do that at some levels dont we.
