Hmm...if both choices seem equally right or equally wrong, flip a coin. Even if you make a "bad" choice you are a human, and are born with the exemplary gift of rationalising your bad choice ;)
Also, don't forget that two things which may seem equally right at some point of time may seem drastically different sometime else: say after making your choice. If that choice is very drastic, go for a practical solution.
Meditate for some time, let your mind be in peace so that all biases are at rest. It'll give you THE BEST choice
(I know the last solution sounds very un-whimsical but hey..it works!)
I'd celebrate that, finally, nothing or nobody directs me.. that the right path and the wrong path have both vanished and what remains is my path, or no path.(I can always make one, after all).
[vik] Nice answer. But you still choose to walk on, right? Or do you choose to not choose?
[desperado] Instinct is right, provided you listen to it, but it's such a waste if you regret something u did on instinct. Then u dont trust it enough.
1. Don't go in any direction. If you go long enough in any direction, you'll be back to where you are (not only in space; in time, too, provided you know how to travel in all the three directions in time)
2. If there were no direction arrows, you mayn't even know that you need to choose anything.
3.Choose the one that seems 'least likely'. If that proves to be a bad choice, you'll have the consolation of having read the future.
Yes, I choose to walk. Walking a path nobody suggested me to take, nor forbade me from, should be fun. Directions of the world weary me; left on my own, I would walk.
[desperado] i wish u did too...at least when u r confused and ur mind and heart say different things...jsut shut ur eyes grab sm peace n go by instinct
[veikiin] Arrows are independent of whether you choose or not. So are directions, but if you choose, who tells you if you have a direction
its absolute instinct!but there are chances of it going wrong at times! but I guess most of the times we end up following it and it turns out to be the right choice made!

They point to whichever way you want them to. Situations arise...you seem to feel you have only certain options to choose from but that is because you only consider those options. You make your directions. We named the four poles north, south, east and west. You would be lost without ur own nomenclature. God didn't give you directions he left you in a whole spectrum. You decided where are arrows point to...always. Although subconsciously.

like i do now....based on my instinct..it tells me to go one way and i always go the other way and then crib..:P
I actually enjoyed reading your previous two posts...some great thoughts...which extended into the comments section too...nice
"Being happy is impossible."
...finding things/people/moments which make you happy is impossible...not being happy...lol..take care
follow my instinct.
Is that a trick question? If there are direction arrows, how do you choose? Direction arrows don't tell me where I want to go :(
Well...there are always directions...man created the arrows. Then you create your own.

There doesn't have to be a magnetic field.
[azeem]
And what if the day is cloudy?
[anuj]
but what have you chosen in that?
[akshay]
how do you even know you have two choices?or more?
i like coin flipping best though.best of three.

Same thing re...impossible hi hai.

:)
Walk on
[vibhav]
Oh yes it's a trick question. In fact it's three different questions there. You have gotten one of them :)
So how do you choose?
[prude]
And where do the arrows ppoint to?
1. Don't go in any direction. If you go long enough in any direction, you'll be back to where you are (not only in space; in time, too, provided you know how to travel in all the three directions in time)

3.Choose the one that seems 'least likely'. If that proves to be a bad choice, you'll have the consolation of having read the future.
Firstly you ensure you're grammatically correct and then move on to decide the direction and stuff.
Yes, I choose to walk. Walking a path nobody suggested me to take, nor forbade me from, should be fun. Directions of the world weary me; left on my own, I would walk.

Agree with 2, 3 is a romantic thought but what does 1 really mean? Randomly change direction at random times?
[anon]
The grammar, or the lack of it, is intentional.
[vik]
That's a refreshing thought, good for this world.
well point is i dont do things based on my instinct....i wish i did
If there are no arrows, what is there to choose from ?
[desperado]
i wish u did too...at least when u r confused and ur mind and heart say different things...jsut shut ur eyes grab sm peace n go by instinct

Arrows are independent of whether you choose or not. So are directions, but if you choose, who tells you if you have a direction
It usually comes down to two choices. Funnily enough having no choice or several choices feels luckier than having just two
