Yes you are right, it is ALL about the choices we make. Tell you what, from now on, "choose" to be happy. No need to be specific. No need to figure out what one needs to be happy. Just WANT it. I know this sounds empty, but it actually isn't. Just say it to yourself: "I don't want you sadness, you are not mine, stay away from me!" It may sound like positive psychology but it isn't. Keep saying that to yourself and let life unfold brilliantly for you :)
