Why life is (a) comic?

Needing someone is like needing a parachute. If he isn't there the first time you need him, chances are you won't be needing him again.

Why to go to such a height that needs a parachute to come down? :P

because you learn to come down on your own....
we can't have a permanner parachte to cling to...
but we can have a fellow parachuter to to there as far as possible during the journey called life....

we would need HIM n NOT HER again for we would not have understood what it means to be ourselves n be alone n happy for ourselves, the journey no matter hw difficult can be crossed with ease wen u want to...

What I feel...
Life is a comic becoz .....
Needing someone is like needing a parachute. He will surely be there the first time you need him. But when you will fly to the greater heights assuming you have a parachute, you will never have one!

It's like...you die?
Or is it...that you learn to fly?

Some risks are worth gambeling with..... "If's & But's" are always there, but they come with life changing opportunities.

Fly High!! :)

Nobody stops living for the fear of failing, or falling. That;s just not cool.

Self-reliance is seriously over rated, methinks. Or at least way more difficult to do than say..

Cant say I understood your comment properly...the Him Her thing...
but I at least thereticaly agree with the part that where there's the will, there's a way, and one can do anything one really wants to...on their own.

Interesting take, n very cruel too :P
Cynic :P

[vibhav]
In dilbert's reference, you die. In a more metaphysical level, I guess you probably figure out some other backup plan for the next time n never rely on the parachute again.
Trust murder...

[Passionate]
Absolutely...parachute or no parachute...never stop flying!!

So true.

After a point you only yourself. People call you a mistrusting person.

Cynic!
okay but dnt u think my version is more practical :P :P
u need sumone n person is nt arnd den obv u cnt rely on such a person. But most of time, initially ppl gain trust n once they r done....
den dey start taking u for granted.
nywaysss....
By the way, most of the times reality is cruel :P :P :P

Thats not what i meant.. its like if u start relying too much on someone without any concerns for that person then u shudn't go to such a 'height' as u may not find a 'parachute' in that case.
bhavanaon ko samjho ma'am :)

Really, can anyone blame a person for eventually losing trust in everybody?

:P
Why do all cynics call themselves practical! :P
Reality cruel hai, true. And you do have a (painful) point there. Mostly, the parachute we rely on comes with a time tested much-promised guarantee.
But it fails nevertheless, hai na.

Hmm..interesting clause "without any concern"
Changes much.
