Color

Randomly browsing through the archives, I stumbled on this post, when the picture in the post signified a snapshot of a certain point in my life. And then, al of a sudden in front of my eyes, the pic faded at some spots and brightened at others. Suddenly, there was new-found emptiness, while something had started filling the gaps there were before. As the picture metamorphosed before my eyes, I wondered, if the life that it contained metamorphosed too. And what about the me trapped between the uncolored pixels of that image? Has that changed? How?

Not an easy question to answer, I know, but I don't think an answer is what I'm looking for. If anything, if you could tell me, it would be nice to know if the pixels today have less or more color than they did.
But then again, what would I do with that information?
Smile, at best.
I can do that anyway. That would instantaneouly increase a little color in my life, hai na. :)

Different colors of pixels... are necessary coz if they aren't random ...then life would be stagnant and boring .........

when with the back of your hand you would wipe that thin film of time, that has taken away some sheen, you would see the old luster again :)
....but then it was a certain point in their life as well, a point in the past.....
the pace and the directions not always in congruence with that relative place in that collage

in each pixel you were there...you are there...smiling all those smiles at once......what more could you ask?
....'em pixels of color would always be at a point of time..... and the grays present 'could' always be dispelled by vibrant hues; by smiles, your' or of those in the collage....and perhaps you even know how to go about that :)

PS-unsolicited as always

Rightly said Smile :)
Because it really doesn't matter weather pixels today have lesser or more color than they did. But what matters is they are colored. I mean weather the people have moved with time slightly away from you but they have touched your life once. You have felt some beautiful relations nourished by selfless love. There are so many people in your life who make you feel loved n cared :)Lucky you at least you have felt these color :) They have in a way given you a reason to smile forever!

The gray scale in the pics do activate a few gray cells in our mind..reliving memories are always a great experience. Its good you ahd the time for doing that..cheers

thanks. :) Will do

Yes, every pixel moves in a different direction, at a different pace and with time the picture changes. But it's good, nevertheless.

P.S. Entirely.

Poetic, and easier said than done, but true nevertheless. Life is enriched by everything that happens to it

[Phoenix]Oooops!
This is not easier said than done. It's actually something I realized, given a thought over agn n agn, took lil time and then done. Saying it that part came after a looong!

Empty spaces are necessary for a pic. I think empty spaces are good for life too.. and the shifting emptiness, better. But I'd still like some of the colors, just some of them, to remain just the same forever. Doesn't happen, I guess. In my minimalistic approach, even a little change or shift of the colored part makes it look like an altogether different life every few months.

Sorry for the blabber.

Well, if you say so. But still, some mistakes are learnt from best only when we've made them ourselves.

Emptiness doesn't shift. It just acquires new colors, new dimensions. Everyone likes stability, or hopes for it. But doesn't happen. And you're right, it's a nw life everyday. For good or for worse.
Blabber appreciated.

Too much to digest. But refreshing for a thought. Just thought.

As always.
But then, when has that stopped you? When did I say I didn't like it? Where is the need to be sorry? Isn't that just you...and this just...eh, well, me.
