"Saab aap ye samajh lijiye, aapki soul ko cancer ho gaya hai!"
"Itna bura to nahi hai yar"
"Hai, ab main kuch nahi kar sakta...badalwa lo warna kaam nahi chalega!"
(Translation: (sic)
"Sir, you need to understand that your soul has got cancer!"
"It can't be that bad!"
"It is, and there's nothing I can do about it...you need to get a new one else things can't work..")
That conversation, overheard, was enough to stop me in my stride and turn back to find out more about the prophetic diagnosis of a cancerous soul on the roadside. Although in the next thirty seconds it was clear that the conversation was centered around the worn out sole of a terribly battered shoe that the helpless cobbler did not want to repair, I had an inkling I would have found a diagnosis of a cancerous soul fairly credible, in these times.

The conversation makes better sense in context of 'soul'..if not cancerous, none of them is healthy precisely!
keen observation :)
My friend directed me towards your blog and all I was baffled about was your alexa rank dropping down, it was higher before, the intensity of the rank drop is like WTC( extinct now), but you have a good blog, I am in 12th, ever heard of voiceofcd.blogspot.com, I think the blogger of that particular blog is your acquaintance.
Good Bye and a lovely blog.
On a completely unrelated note:
Tag! You're it!

Agreed. You've to give credit to the cobbler's ingenuity though. For watever reason, it was a prophecy of some interest.

Hi. Thanks for dropping by. You know something, I didn't even know before reading ur comment (and googling) that something like alexa actually existed. I think that should tell you something about how much I care for blog ranks and stuff. One statcounter is kinda enough to know if at all someone reads what you write or not, and even if no one does, I write what I write the way I want to. As for the dropping down, all one wd need to do to correct ranks like that is start writing posts with links to a lot of higher ranked sites such as wikipedia and popular blogs. After 4.5 yrs of blogging, it's not hard to figure how stuff works, and very hard to care about it. Dont worry, even if some rank falls another million points, u'd still find this blog here, if u want.
And yes, Chinmoy is an acquaintance. I shd thank him for redirecting u to my blog.
Take care

Yep, beautiful thing, aint it!
Read your blog after a long time and it did not disappoint.
Very insightful and interesting, this one.
I sometimes think, that we end up hearing things the way we want to.

Not just hearing, but also believing and understanding. Everyone has their own truth. Everyone reads smthng different in the same story.
