Single in the city: The gutsy and the have-nots

As I frusta-o-ed yet another time sometime recently how suddenly everyone around seems to be getting married - it's especially freaky when your batchmates and even juniors start announcing wedding dates/ borth of their kids - my friend just said, they're not crazy, just lucky. They have figured out who they want to spend their lives with before everyone else.

I conceded the point. People who found the right people for them, and the courage to back their heart's instincts and take the "leap", they're worth being jealous of.

Maybe.

Sometimes getting married is not that gutsy an act, as it seems.

Wow !!! The first friend of mine from my IIT batch (2005) got married earlier in 2009 :)
If i have to choose between the options crazy and lucky, i would choose crazy. If you think you have figured out at 22 who you want to spend the remaining 75% of your life, then more often than not you are deluded.

I agree with gladiator. I know some people who are getting married because they worry about what society will think if they don't or because they are worried they may be alone "for the rest of their lives"
